欢迎使用“耳无鸣”（以下简称“本应用”）。本隐私政策适用于您通过官方网站、H5 页面、iOS、Android、HarmonyOS 及微信小程序等版本使用本应用时的情形。我们尊重您的隐私，并致力于保护您的个人信息。本政策说明我们如何收集、使用、共享与保护您的信息，以及您享有的权利。

本应用的运营主体/个人信息处理者为广州市番禺区启烽怡冉软件信息技术服务部（个体工商户）。

1. 我们收集的信息

• 账户信息：手机号、昵称、头像（如您提供）。
• 使用与服务数据：例如播放记录（播放时间、时长）、收藏、订阅状态与到期时间、功能使用日志（用于提供和改进服务）。
• 反馈信息：您在“反馈与建议”中提交的内容及联系方式（可选）。
• 设备与网络信息：用于提供服务与排错的必要信息（例如设备型号、系统版本、网络请求错误信息）。

2. 权限使用说明

• 麦克风/录音权限：用于环境噪音测试、听力检测、耳鸣匹配、助听器模式等需要实时音频输入的功能。仅在您主动进入相关功能并授权后使用，不会在后台持续录音，也不会用于与这些功能无关的目的。
• 通知权限：用于发送睡前提醒、内容更新提醒、订阅状态提醒，以及在支持的系统上显示播放状态通知、锁屏控制或后台播放提示。您可以随时在系统设置中关闭该权限，关闭后相关提醒和控制功能可能无法使用。
• 其他权限：如未来新增其他权限，我们会在系统弹窗和更新后的政策中说明具体用途。

3. 本地存储与同步

为记住您的登录状态、主题偏好、播放进度、提醒设置、收藏、记录和其他必要配置，本应用及其网页/H5 页面会在您的设备本地保存部分数据；在您登录或使用同步功能时，部分数据也可能与我们的服务器同步。您可以在应用内删除账户，或通过浏览器/系统设置清除本地存储数据。

4. 我们如何使用信息

• 提供、维护与改进本应用功能与服务体验。
• 完成账户登录、会员/订阅状态校验与权益发放。
• 处理您的反馈与客服支持请求。
• 安全与风控：防止欺诈、滥用与未授权访问。
• 目前我们不基于您的个人信息向您投放定向广告，也不向无关第三方出售您的个人信息；如未来新增相关功能，我们会另行告知并提供相应关闭或退出方式。

5. 信息共享

我们不会向第三方出售您的个人信息。为实现服务目的，我们可能与受信任的服务提供方共享必要信息，例如：

• 云服务/基础设施：用于存储与传输必要数据。
• 支付/订阅处理：如您通过应用市场或其他第三方平台完成购买，支付、续费、取消与退款等规则以对应平台及其条款为准；为实现订阅服务，我们可能与必要的支付或订阅处理服务方共享最少必要信息。

我们会要求这些服务提供方遵守保密与安全义务，并仅按我们的指示处理数据。

6. 数据留存

我们仅在实现本政策所述目的所需期限内保留信息，或在法律法规要求/允许的期限内保留。您可以通过应用内“注销账号”发起账户注销，注销后我们将按适用法律处理相关数据（例如账号状态标记、释放手机号等）。

7. 数据安全

我们采取合理的技术与管理措施保护您的信息安全，但请理解任何系统都无法保证绝对安全。

8. 儿童隐私

本应用不面向未满 14 周岁的儿童；如当地法律要求更高年龄，则以更高要求为准。如您是监护人且发现儿童向我们提供了信息，请联系我们以便处理。

9. 您的权利

在适用法律允许范围内，您可以访问、更正或删除您的信息，撤回已同意的授权，并可通过应用内“注销账号”终止账户。撤回授权或删除账户后，我们会停止处理相应信息，但不影响此前基于授权所进行处理的合法性。

10. 政策更新

我们可能会不时更新本隐私政策。任何更改都将发布在此页面上，并在必要时通过应用内通知或其他适当方式告知您。

Privacy Policy

Welcome to “Tinnitus Therapy” (the “App”). This Privacy Policy applies when you use the App through our official website, H5 pages, iOS, Android, HarmonyOS, and mini-program releases. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information, and your rights.

The operator and personal information controller of the App is 广州市番禺区启烽怡冉软件信息技术服务部（个体工商户）。

1. Information We Collect

• Account information: phone number, nickname, avatar (if provided).
• Usage & service data: play history (time and duration), favorites, subscription status/expiry, and necessary logs to provide and improve the service.
• Feedback: content you submit and optional contact details.
• Device & network information: necessary for providing the service and troubleshooting (e.g., device model, system version, network error details).

2. Permission Use

• Microphone / recording permission: used for features that require real-time audio input, such as ambient noise testing, hearing checks, tinnitus matching, and hearing-assist mode. We only use it when you actively enter the relevant feature and grant permission. We do not continuously record in the background, and we do not use this permission for purposes unrelated to those features.
• Notification permission: used to send bedtime reminders, content updates, subscription reminders, and, on supported systems, playback status notifications, lock-screen controls, or background playback prompts. You can turn this permission off at any time in system settings, though related reminders and controls may no longer work.
• Other permissions: if we add new permissions in the future, we will explain their purpose in the system prompt and in an updated policy.

3. Local Storage & Sync

To remember your sign-in state, theme preferences, playback progress, reminder settings, favorites, records, and other necessary configuration, the App and its web/H5 pages may store some data locally on your device; when you sign in or use sync features, some data may also be synchronized with our servers. You can delete your account in the App or clear local storage through your browser/system settings.

4. How We Use Information

• Provide, maintain, and improve the App.
• Enable sign-in, membership/subscription verification, and entitlement delivery.
• Handle your feedback and support requests.
• Security and fraud prevention.
• At present, we do not use your personal information for targeted advertising or sell it to unrelated third parties; if we add such features in the future, we will inform you separately and provide an opt-out or off switch where appropriate.

5. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share necessary information with trusted service providers to operate the service (e.g., cloud infrastructure and payment or subscription processors). If you make a purchase through an app marketplace or other third-party platform, payment, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms are governed by that platform's rules and terms. All service providers are subject to confidentiality and security obligations, and only process data as instructed or as required by the applicable platform rules.

6. Retention

We retain information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this Policy, or as required/permitted by law. You may request account deletion from within the App. After deletion or withdrawal of consent, we will stop processing the relevant information except where retention is required by law or for legitimate dispute resolution.

7. Security

We take reasonable safeguards to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

8. Children’s Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 14, or the higher age required by local law. If you believe a child provided us personal information, please contact us.

9. Your Rights

Where applicable, you may access, correct, or delete your information, withdraw consent for permissions or processing, and delete your account from within the App. Withdrawing consent will not affect the lawfulness of processing performed before the withdrawal.

10. Policy Updates

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page and, where appropriate, notified through in-app notices or other suitable means.
